Mental health hubs.

Hubs are the foundation of our mental health community. You can create a hub for your business, school, sports team, charity or other organisation, then invite people to join. Inside, you'll find a range of tools and resources to support your journey to better mental health.

Hubs FAQs

Hubs represent communities built around places of learning or employment. For example, there are over 200 NHS hubs, one for each of the regional NHS Trusts.

Anyone can create a hub, e.g. for your own business or the business you work for, or for the school you run or the school you attend.

Once inside, you can take part in private and anonymous conversations that relate to mental health within the organisation represented by that hub.

You will also find various resources designed to support your journey to better mental health and wellbeing, including progress tools and meditations (audio and video).

Everything inside a hub is visible only to its members, and hub admins can manage content and gain insights from their dashboard.

Setting up and using a hub involves just a few simple steps:
  1. Register for a free account;
  2. Create a free hub for your business, school or other organisaiton - you can create multiple hubs for different departments, etc.;
  3. Invite students, employees and team members to join: you can do this via your own internal communications channels, by providing them with a link to your hub - only those with an email address at the domain you specify can join;
  4. A collection of resources will be automatically populated inside your hub, including personal tools and meditations for use by all hub members;
  5. If you have a business membership or school membership you can use your hub's admin dashboard to monitor individual engagement and progress, log conversations and interventions, and manage your hub's content;
  6. Just like our public forums, hubs are completely anonymous. This is designed to encourage engagement and openness without fear of judgement.

Before creating a hub, you should always search to see if one has already been created. If it has, and you believe you are the rightful owner, submitting an ownership claim is easy. Simply get in touch, providing evidence to support your claim. We review all claims quickly, usually within 24 hours.
