I noticed a big change right away in the severity and reoccurrence of my anxiety when I stopped drinking and gave up coffee. It has been a few months now and I think it has cut my issues in half which is great. I stopped drinking both for other health reasons but my doctor did say that both can contribute to anxiety and make it a lot worse for many people who suffer from it.

Has anyone else found this?
